Cut down on your portions, eat 1/3 less than you did (its easy, fix your normal mean and leave and try to always leave some on your plate!) Stop eating when you feel full ( i know these 2 are hard, esp for me bc i dont like food to go to waste!.!.!.but its ok, its for a good cause!)!.!.!.start walking to places that are close by, take the stairs instead of the elevator, DRINK lots of WATER, and cut out soft drinks!.

If you want quick, you can stop eating and drinking and you will lose ONLY water weight!. Then you will gain it all back plus a little more when you are normal again!.
