Question: Randon cravings!!?
Im 15 and female, lou lou is my cousin but she let me on her account!. I have cravings for chocolate constantly!. I just always want chocolate and sweets!. I have been slowly putting on weight and its making me depressed!. I have to have quite a lot of sugar anyway as i have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) but i've been having far more than i need!.!.!.i just can't stop!! I sneak sweets and chocolate into my bedroom and buy them from a shop and hide them in my jumper!. What can i do!?!? I need to stop eating so much fatty foods!.!.!.i love burgers and fizzy drinks too!!! What can i do!? Help me!

There are two things you need to do!.

1!. Find a substitute!. Instead of munching on sweets and fatty foods and fizzy drinks, find something similar but healthy!. Instead of chocolates, have a banana with some chocolate syrup on it!. This way, you get the sweetness and the chocolate, but it's in a much healthier way!. You can also smear the banana or an apple with some peanut butter!. This is also a filling snack, so hopefully it'll cut back on some cravings!.

As for fatty foods like burgers, they are much healthier if you make them at home! Buy lean meats, like ground round, lean ground turkey (some of it has as much fat as fatty ground beef, so read the labels), ground turkey, or even vegan meat substitutes, like a Garden Burger or Boca Burger!. You can also get a large portabello mushroom and grill that with some meaty seasonings (garlic, pepper, onion, and Worcestershire sauces) and use that instead of meat!. For the bun, you should buy whole grain buns, or very healthy breads like Ezekiel bread!. Load up your burger with lots of fresh vegetables as well, and use mustard instead of mayonaise!. You just saved a TON of calories!. You can flavor your burger so many different ways!. Try a burger marinated in teriyaki sauce and top it with a slice of grilled pineapple!!

For fizzy drinks, instead of Coke, try making your own fizzy sweetness out of half a glass of 100% fruit juice of your choice and the other half will be mineral water!. This way, it's still fizzy and sweet, but now it's good for you!
