Question: Easy 10 points for best ans!.!?
One time I was engaging in some serious cardio and about 20 mins in I had to stop due to feeling "wobbly"!. I thought it would wear off but it didn't for 2 whole weeks straight!. I vowed to never exercise again fearing it might happen again!. I felt like I was on a ship and everything around me was moving!. Does anyone know what that was and how to prevent it next time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you drinking enough water!? You were probably wore out and you might've almost passed out!. Make sure you're drinking enough fluids and take a break maybe every ten minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like too much blood flow, not enough food and water!. If you ARE getting enough calories and you are well-hydrated, this could be an issue with low blood pressure!. This happens to me, but again (I have very, very low blood pressure), but I am fine if I get enough water!. I suggest carrying a gallon jug of water with you and drinking that during the day (no, that's not too much, I do it and other people do it, and I've drank up to 1!.5 gallons of water per day!.!.!.and I know people that drink more)!. This way, you can help prevent this from happening!.

If this continues, see a doctor and also get a few second opinions to hear what else they have to say!. You may have a condition called vertigo!. However, I think it's just your body getting used to exercise!. For me, serious cardio results in vomiting, and I love when it happens because it tells me that I'm really pushing myself!Www@Answer-Health@Com
