Question:
Is my eating plan pretty good?
my eating schedule
breakfast:
half a box of cereal.
100 calories per serving.
but i eat a lot of it
lunch: tuna fish:50 calories
with a jello:10 calories
dinner:tuna fish again:50 calories
& i only drink 2 cans of diet
dr.thunder a day.
on a day where im out and going
i eat
cereal:
again half a box
100 calories per serving
lunch: 100 calorie pack
with a drink
dinner: tuna fish
and for snack when i get
hungry,fruit or veggie.
today im having a relaxing
day,so basically im
not doing barely anything,except
doing sit ups and stuff every commercial.
is my eating routine good for trying
to keep my weight?

Wow. Aren't you constipated? Is your cereal whole grain, low sugar, and high fiber? Do you eat it with milk? Sounds like you don't have enough fruits and veggies in your diet--these and whole grains should comprise the greater part of your diet.
