Diet!?HELP!?!


Question: Diet!!?HELP!!?
do you think if I go swimming for an hour for awhole week straight and only eat TOFU for that week!.!.i'll loose any weight!?!?
if so how much!?

AND by swimming I mean laps!.
and im not desperately trying to loose weight!.!.I just wanna know!.

and please dont tell me how i need a certain amount of carbs or anything or how it might be bad I dont want to know that!.!.just if I'll loose a few pounds by the end of the week at all!?
-and yeah it might be a pretty stupid thing but still!.

No you will not lose the weight that fast, because your going to be working muscles that are going to give off water first and give you water weight gain then after a week or so you'll start to really lose the fat and that's if you cut your food intake!. Eat normal just watch the sweets and alcohol (if you drink) What ever you do don't start taking weight loss piles or crazy crabs diet!. I hope this help you a littleWww@Answer-Health@Com

That'll make you sick!. Don't do it!. Eat a variety of healthy foods, go to a gym and lift weights a few times a week, and keep track of how many calories you consume and what types of exercise you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
