My new exercise routine?!


Question: My new exercise routine!?
i'm thinking of doing this: burn 200 cals (DDR fitness mode) when i wake up which is around 11 am lol then have lunch a little later, then at noon burn another 200, then at 1 burn 200, then at 2 burn 200, then at 3 burn 200!. then at 5 before dinner walk on the tredmill for about 20 minutes, then about an hour or 2 after dinner do some toning exercises!. is that an ok regime!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to spend all your time exercising obsesively- then yeah!
But really, that's an unhealthy amount of exercise!. I'd cut it down to the 200 in the morning, the walk before dinner, and (if you feel so inclined) something after dinner!.
But spend the rest of the time swimming with buddies, or hanging out doing other healthy things!
The kind of routine you suggest will not only wear you out quickly and bore you, but isn't healthy!.
