Lose weight in 1 month.?!


Question: Lose weight in 1 month!.!?
ok so im 14 years old, 150 lbs and 5'5" and I need to lose like 10-30 lbs in 1 month!. I excersize using ab rocket (begginer and intermediate level) 15 minutes a day and I jog around the park 15 minutes every morning!. I also try to avoid sodas, mcdonalds and all those stuff!. I try to drink a lot more water and eat fruits!. Do you think this is enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry hon but 15-30 lbs is not only unhealthy but unrealistic!. Try to shoot for 4-8 lbs in a month!. I know you probably dont want to hear this but 30 lbs in a month you would honestly have to not eat ANYTHING AND exercise daily!. You'll die! Keep this in mind -- 3500 calories = 1 lb So you would need to burn an extra 7000 calories a week just to lose 2 lbs!. Just eat right, exercise and you will lose weight over time!. Don't rush it because then you'll just end up giving up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
