Question: Is it okay to exercise if your muscles are sore!?
I did 1 hr and 30 min of kickboxing yesterday, and now my biceps are sore!. And the back part of my right thigh is a bit sore!. Is it okay if I do weight lifting today!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. The pain you feel is lactic acid, which means your muscles weren't getting enough oxygen!. Rest your muscles for a day or two!. Don't over work them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you want to make them bigger yeah and if hurt take a day of think about taking fish pills help recover from sore muscles
