"Hardcore" isn't something you can really define!. You can't see it, feel it, or taste it!. You can't buy it, borrow it, or lend it to a friend!. Hardcore is a mentality that exists only in the mind!. Through our passions, wants and desires, a hardcore attitude must prevail!. The type of a attitude that says "give me your best f***** shot, because I'll f*** you up twice as hard if you try!." It is a no-quitting state of mind, the time of mentality that only true gym warriors can hope to posses!.

Whatever It Takes

The type of person who will do whatever it takes, no matter how difficult it is, or what the consequences may be!. The kind of person who will drive through pain barriers with an explosive force of will, never surrendering or giving in!. One who would jump onto the back of a bus just to make it to the gym!. You know the kind of person I'm talking about if you are one!. Those who choke down can after can of tuna and squat on the laziest of days!.

Whether or not we know it, these warrior-like instincts exist deep within us all!. Once upon a time humans depended solely on the environment for survival!.

We couldn't hop into the car and drive down to the local grocery store to fill our bags full of food!. We were hunters/gatherers and relied on hunting the wildlife in order to meet our nutritional needs!. This required great speed, strength, endurance and a killer instinct!. As time drags into the future, man has become lazier and lazier every year!. Masses of machines are now used to do the jobs that we were once required to do!. We no longer need the skills to hunt, as these jobs are all done for us!. No matter how far into the future we go, the fact is that these killer instincts we once needed and used still remain buried within our subconscious!. The trick is to tap into these powers and to use them on our quest for mind blowing muscle mass and strength!.

As I have said in previous articles, the number one factor that separates the men from the boys, from those who make modest gains to those who make serious gains, is intensity!. You simply will not yield the type of results you are looking for unless you are pushing your body to its utmost limits!. However, more often than not we see people training with far less than maximal intensity!. Why!? Are they afraid!? Can they simply not handle the pain!? My belief is that these type of people belong in one of 3 places: the circus, the petting zoo, or at aunt Edna's playing cards!. There are many other possibilities, but the bottom line is that they belong in a place where they will not disturb those who want to train like real men!.

The saying always goes "no pain, no gain"!. I don't really like to think of it as pain, but rather as "discomfort"!. Why on earth would anyone let a little bit of discomfort get in the way of their goals!? The plain fact is that pain is temporary!. It is there, you endure it, and then it is in the past!. So why not treat every workout, every exercise, every repetition as if it was your last!. Go into every workout knowing that is an opportunity to increase lean size and strength!.

"No pain, no gain!"
Don't simply go to the gym to "get it over with"!. Thrive on the pain! Embrace every opportunity! WANT the pain! Discomfort equals growth, and the more discomfort we endure, the more growth we can hope to achieve!. So why would one train in a manner that would allow them to avoid discomfort!? If we train with a mentality of holding back, we will never be able to truly move forward!.

Do You Train At 100%!?

Start today! Stop making excuses for yourself!. Plain and simple, stop being a f***** slacker! Everyone likes to believe that they train hard, but how many of us truly do!? How many of us truly push ourselves to the edge in each and every workout!? Knowing is not enough, we must apply! Sure, you know damnwell that you must train with 100% intensity, but do you REALLY train as hard as you possibly can!? Do you really push with every ounce of strength from within, on every set, during every workout!?

When it all comes down to it, when the last repetition is near, do you ACTUALLY train balls to the wall, and take the set until there is absolutely no way the bar will move another inch!? Do you squat!? Do you deadlift!?

Or do you choose lifts the lifts that are the easiest and will not cause you any discomfort!. You know that you must eat 5-6 meals a day, every 2-3 hours!. But do you ACTUALLY do this!? Do you ACTUALLY get at least 8 hours of sleep every night!? Examine these questions and be truthful to yourself, and maybe you will realize a few things!.

"5-6 Meals A Day + At Least 8 Hours Of Sleep + Hardcore Training
=
Big M@th@$fu$ke$"
Many of us fail to realize that we are sitting in a comfort zone in the gym!. We get used to a certain routine and end up convincing ourselves that we are actually training hard, when in reality we are not!. Do you want real results!? I mean real, noticeable, amazing results!? Then stop making up excuses, stop slacking!. Go to the gym and train like a warrior!. Give 100% on every single rep and set!. Eat 6 meals every single day regardless of what you feel like doing!. Only when we start truly applying the knowledge that we have gained will we be able to truly transform our physiquesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what you eat, if you don't eat any junk food or anything unhealthy at all and get plenty of protein!. Maybe, like 1-2 months!.

The leg lifting exercise your taking about is called 6 inches or a suicide!. You might want to add butterfly kicks (a 6 inch where you raise one leg, then put it down and raise the other)!. And maybe reverse crunches, and planks for variety!.

If you don't eat healthy while doing this your not going to get anywhere really!.

Also, you should try and do lower reps (like 10) and divide them into sets of 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you dont have fat on your abdominal area, your 6 pack should already be there!.!.!. so there is some fat there

i'd do each of those x 3 sets daily
bicycle/leg lifts work mainly lower abs, where is your workout for your obliques!? do some mason twists to go with that, unless you have an incline bench to do side twists with

that should cover it

if your tummy is already fairly thin and you can see a faint 4-6 pack

then i'd say give or take a month or two
if not 3-4 months is normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your really serious about it it should be 20-39 days , but don't over work your abs because they too can be over worked, also about 90% of ab training is diet so eat a low carb dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

my brother did it in about 2 1/2 months buy jogging and working out sit ups, i know they say it doesnt work but it did for him so hope it works for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Remember, its never a quick process!.

If you don't get sore the next day after you're doing this excercise, you aren't doing enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
