There's no healthy way, I understand your desperation though so I will tell you!. Make sure though that you recover very well after this week or this vacation because it will effect you in the long run!.

Cut your diet to less than 1000 calories a day!. That means a lot of water!. Eat at least three times a day so you are not starving at any point!. Let water fill you up instead of anything solid!. Eat fruit, mostly apples and bananas since they will suppress appetite and bananas are good fiber sources which will help digestion!.
