10 pounds in a month?!


Question: 10 pounds in a month!?
ok, i need to lose about 40lbs, but i need to lose at least 10-15 pounds before the end of august,which is about 4 weeks!.
if i do the following everyday, can i lose this!.
Drink cold water----6 32oz bottles a day
eat no snacks, and eat healthier
walk for an hour everyday
and jump on my trampoline for an hr everyday
and shoot hoops for at least 30 min 4 times a week!.

what do you think
will i make it!.
Any tips on food, or exercise, or if you have a diet, or something, please answer!.

Loosing weight is all about calories!. If you burn more than you eat you will lose weight!. 3500 calories = 1 pound!. So if you burn 500 more a day than you eat you will lose about 1 pound a week!. Add a few cardio activities to burn some calories and it adds up quick!

START WITH SOMETHING LIKE OATMEAL AND ORANGE APPLEJUICE!.
THEN YOU SHOULD PORTION YOUR FOOD U SHOULD BUY SMALL PLASTIC BAGS AND PUT LIL SNACK IN THERE EAT LOTS OF WHEAT AND FIBER IT WORKS DONT EAT AFTER 6 OR 7 AND EXERCISE YOU SHOULD RUN ATLEAST 1 1/2 MILES PER DAYWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have a good start, but you also need a good diet plan to go with it!.

I suggest for breakfast, eat a cereal high in fiber but watch the calorie count!. Nothing more than 110, and watch the carbs as well!.

Also switch to wheat bread (I found Sarah Lee has a 45 calorie per slice wheat bread that's to die for)!.

Drink an 8 oz glass of juice!.

I have one slice of toast, tbsp butter (only 60 calories) and fruit jam (only 15 calories per tbsp!.)

Lunch

Turkey breast sandwich (Oscar Mayer Deli Slices)
I also substitute the turkey for chicken slices and roast beef slices!.

Supper,
Salad with light dressing
veggies and boiled chicken breast!.

Now around 10 a!.m!. I have a granola bar to take the edge off, and another one around 3 p!.m!.

I drink the Nestlie bottled watter!. Three 20-ounce bottles, and I can go through those in an 8 hour day easily!.

The important thing is you don't want to eat before you work out!. And after you finish working out you want to eat because your body is still burning off the calories from your workout!.

I'm in an aerobic kickboxing program and can burn up to 500 calories an hour!.
