nope had one!. And they dont make you feel the burn, its a complete waste of time!. I can personally say that crunches and leg lifts work way better!. Your muscle has to rip(the burn of exercising) in order for it to regenerate and expand in size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's good for people who have huge bellies or back problems, and can't do a REAL crunch!.
