Loosing weight is all about calories!. If you burn more than you eat you will lose weight!. 3500 calories = 1 pound!. So if you burn 500 more a day than you eat you will lose about 1 pound a week!. Add a few cardio activities to burn some calories and watch the calories on what you eat!. It adds up quick!
