How should i recover from getting off my diet at a weekend barbecue?

Im not on a diet but I am trying to watch the foods i eat and maintain my weight. I drank a lot of beer and ate a dunkin donut breakfast the next day. how can i make sure not to gain?


Answers:

Watch what you eat closley for the next couple days. no more than 10 gms of fat.
