I just joined the gym, what do I need to do first? aerobics, weights?
Answers:
depends on what you are aiming for... losing weight you need to do cardio: treadmill, bike, etc. if you want to get in shape/tone up then do weight training: basically most of the machines they have there with small amounts of weight, building up as you get better @ the workouts. but cardio is the best way to stay in shape, so always get in a bike or a run when you are there
