What techniques do you use to resist giving in to temptation?
How do you keep yourself from eating things you shouldn't but REALLY really want to?
Answers:
-Don't keep food in sight (ex. sitting in a jar etc.)
-Think how quickly you're going to eat the food, but how long you're going to regret it.
-Make a healthy substitution - ex. fruit instead of sweets, avocado instead of butter etc.
