i want to lose at least 30 pounds!. i have stopped drink pop, and watching more of what i eat, but i am having such a hard time staying motivated!. can somone give me some pointers and ideas!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try putting pics of what you want to look like on places such as your refrigerator and your mirror so when you wake up in the morning you're set on your diet and when you go to get something to eat you make a healthier choice!. think about how much better you'll look and feel! hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
