Will i gain weight if i dont eat 1200 calories today? please help me, easy 10 pt!


Question: Will i gain weight if i dont eat 1200 calories today!? please help me, easy 10 pts!!?
so i got up at 11:30 and had lunch!. then i ran 3 miles in 27 minutes and did 200 crunches all ways!.
then i had a snack!.

and i have practice from 5-9, so i cant eat anymore now because ill get sick at practice!. and i really cant eat AT practice because i will probably get cramps/stomach will be upset!.!.!.!.and then since it ends at 9 pm i dont want to eat after that!. its not good to eat after 7pm!.


and i only had 800 calories today!. im used to eating dinner at 5 or 6, and i cant do that now!.

so will i gain weight from one day of not getting at least 1200 calories!? i REALLY cant afford that, and i dont want my body in starvation mode!.!.

what do i do!? will i be okay for one day like this!? or will i end up eating even more tomorrow and gaining more!?

um first off you're thin, why are you so worried!? Second, if you do this one day, you aren't going to gain weight!. True your bodies metabolism does slow down the less you eat, but if you normally eat regularly and healthily, it isn't going to make your metabolism slow down enough to gain weight!. It's about as true as eating a slice of cheesecake and gaining a lb!. You can't gain weight from having one day of bad eating habits!. Weight gain is a result of repeating the same eating behavior!. IF you were to do this for say, a week!.!.then yea, you'd slow your metabolism down!. But you'd be able to reverse the effects as soon as you implement healthy eating habits again!. Stop stressing!. You're too young to be thinking so much about this crap!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you make a habit of starving your body it will think you are not getting enough calories and start to store body fat!. Not eating enough calories sometimes will not cause you to gain weight, you can probably even go a week or so before your brain starts to see a problem and tells your body to store extra body fat!. However, in this case I dont think you would necassarily gain weight since you are burning everything you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't eat enough, your metabolism will eventually get slower!.!.!. so when you start to eat normal again you won't burn the calories as fast and will probably gain weight!.

If you're working out you should eat at least 1500 calories a day and take a multi vitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your a very healthy weight!. try to have a light energy bar or something with a whole lot of nutrients in it during practice!.
&& wake up earlier so you can have a good, healthy breakfast which will increase your calorie count!.
