I AM 12 YEARS OLD, IM 5FT!. 6INAND I WEIGH 114LBS!. IS THIS FAT!? CAUSE WHENEVER I EAT A LOT I FEEL DEPRESSED!. IF I AM FAT THEN SAY YES!. IF IM NOT THEN SAY NO!. AND GIVE ME A GOOD DIET IF I AM!. THNXS!. CAUSE I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS!. I WANT TO WEIGH 110!. THNX AND PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are defiantly not fat; you might even be a little underweight, which is not good!. You do not need to lose those 4 pounds, because that 'losing' streak may cause an obsession turned eating disorder!. If you are so worried, do a children/teen BMI measurement!. It will definitely put your confidence issues away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are 5'6" and only 114 lbs!?!?!?!? According to all my resources, sweetie - you are UNDER the standard-norm! I gave you 2 places to look!. There are tons more online!.
Even IF you were overweight, you could not lose weight in a healthy way in this short amount of time!. The closer you are to a "healthy body weight" the harder it is to even lose a pound!.
I'm dying to know where you think you are fat with all that height going for you!.
Experiment with this!. Put 1 cup of water in a small pan and measure it's depth!. Now put that cup of water in a larger pan and measure its depth!. Notice how thinned out the water is to be able to cover the pan!? That is how your weight has to distribute in order to cover your whole body!. If you were 4'5" then you'd have to worry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not fat!. You are 12!. You are even still growing, and will probably continue to grow until you are 17!. Please do not starve yourself, your brain requires nourishment!

Eat fish, rice and broccoli if you're concerned!. season with Paprika! (it's delicious and spicy!) and remember to go outside and play instead of staying inside and worrying about your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm about the same height and weight but i'm 15
and I'M considered underweight, so no you are not
you're only 12, you should be GROWING not shrinking
if you try and diet, you're probably only gonna end up gaining more weight when you're older or something!.

worrying about things like this!. Regardless of that,
I suggest you start eating healthy foods!. Remove the
candy, the chocolate and all those other sweets!.

If it's just you thinking your fat, it's probably not the fat that is making you think this way it's the fact that you just need to tone up a bit!. No, your the ideal weight for your height, like spot on! I did a calculator thing for you on the internet!. Im underweight, its horrible I try and gain weight but it doesnt work very well cs I have high metabolism!. Im 13 [=
