Help with dumbbell curls?!
Question: Help with dumbbell curls!?
When performing the dumbbell curls sitting down am I suppose to keep my back straight bent or bent!? Also am I suppose to rest the hand holding the dumbbell on my leg or could that counter the effect!?
Does this have less effect that when doing dumbbell curls standing up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol dude its called concentration curls!.!. yes your supposed to rest your elbow on your leg!. this way you rest your joint in your elbow and use your bicep to curl the weight up!.!.just look it up and youll see the form!. hope I helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
when you are doing dumbell curls, you should do them with your back straight!.!.!.when its bent it will be less effective!.
dont rest them on your leg, when your sitting on the chair or bench, let your arms hang over the edge in the air so that when your bringing them up you get the full effect!.
about standing up---i'm not quite sure about that!.!.!.sorry!.
