Dumbbell fly help?!


Question: Dumbbell fly help!?
I don't have bench and don't have room for that!. So I'm doing the dumbbell fly on the floor!.
When doing it on the floor am I suppose to keep both my legs together or separate them a little!? And am I suppose to bent my leg like when doing crunches or keep it flat on the floor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can be done in a standing position!. Knees bent and slightly apart would probably be best for the floor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
