Question: This is a question i am not 100% sure about!. what do you think!?
if i stuck to my calories, but except on eating sugar, i turn to fruits and other calories!. now i don't have any skin or hair problems, i'm normal, but do you think there would be a change in my complexion!.!.!.!? Do you really believe that by not eating sugar i will look amazing (as they all say who don't eat sugar!?)

P!.s!. i believe it is healthier,(duh) but i would really want to know it you would be able to see it actually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sugar has nothing to do with complexion!.

Sugars will definitely help with your diet and keeping in shape, as for your complexion it will help somewhat!. It is not a main component of keeping your complexion looking good, but the fats within the sugars when dispersed into your body can infuse with dirt and radicals in the air to create pimples, or clogging of pours!. I would say yes to help your complexion lay off sugars, and it will be beneficial in more ways than one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly, i think it depends on the person whether sugar affects someone's complextion!. No, its not going to make you look luminous or have AHMAZING skin!. Yes, you're right it's healthier, but really, if there's not going to be a difference (at least one that no one notices) there's no point in cutting out all the sugar!. It's not worth it!. There are other ways to make your skin and hair look great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
