Should I eat ALMOST nothing every 3-4 hours (daytime)if I know I"m going to be having a big dinner?
this way i won't go over calorie intake? (i'm not obsessed w/ calories, but you know>> so everything evens out)
then the next morning i'd have a small breakfast. what do you think?
