Best way to lose weight for a 17 year old guy.?!


Question: Best way to lose weight for a 17 year old guy!.!?
I would like some advice on how to lose weight!. I weigh 210lbs (95kg) and would like to get to 185lbs (80kg) within about 3 - 4 months!.

I don't want any pills or that crap - just what foods would be good to have, helpful exercises and so forth - I especially need to loose weight on my chest and stomach!.

Also I was wondering if caffeine increases your metabolism and assists to losing weight, I've heard rumors that it does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight, you must have exercise and a good diet!. You mush eat nutritions and vitams and enough carbohydrates!. I you stop having enough food and sleep, you will get sick and would have different mental and physical diseases!.

Low sugar, low white carbs!. Veggies and Proteins!. Oatmeal and sweet potatoes are great and all kinds of veggies!.

I would cheat one day per week to keep your self from going crazy!.

3-4 months is a great time frame

Work out with weights a few days per week and get some walking or some sports in a few days per week!.
