Question:

What is my body shape? and Best Workouts for my shape??

I'm 5'0" very small boned. My measurements are Bust 34 - Waist 26 - Lower Waist (where low-rise jeans sit) 31 - Hips 34.

What body type am I? And what workouts should I do for my shape to gain muscle and lose body fat?

I'm also 104lbs, 21% body fat, 78lbs lean body mass... and when I lose weight it gets taken from my stomach first.

I also have a lot of food sensitivities. I don't eat sugar, gluten, or dairy. I mainly eat starch, protien, and lots of veggies.
