Question: Riding your bike!? Or good exercises!?
Is rifeing a bike every other day and doing weights for your ams a good work out!?!? And is there and good exercises that you use or have that are awesome!?!.!.!.if so please tell :D!.

i am a cyclist!. in a year i lost 50lbs by riding and eating right!. the exercise you choose isnt as important as staying with it, pushing yourself and eating right in combination with it!. i say find whatever it is you enjoy!. if riding is your thing, then it will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
