How many calories should i have max in a day?!


Question: How many calories should i have max in a day!?
I'm male, 16, and want to lose weight, so i need to know how many calories i should have per day, and if you have the time, recommend things to eat during the day to help me lose weight!.

Your daily diet is be based on 2000 calories!. You should of stated your weight and high so i can tell you the amount exactly!. To lose weight eat 200 calories less!. Eat a healthy diet and be physically active for at least an hour a day (by physically active i mean exercising, run, walk!.!.!.etc)!. Eat cereal for breakfast (special k is good), eat as sandwich for lunch (i recommend Turkey), two snacks a day, for dinner eat what ever you want but don't eat late (i think salad is the best)!. Eat a lot of fruits and drink a lot of water through out the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should have about 1500 to 2000 calories a day but if you exercise alot more calories are good!. some foods are whole wheat breads and pastas, cereal like cheerios or honey bunches of oats, sandwhiches that you make with turkey and if your going to put mayo on the sandwhich try to get light or non fat!. with other foods see if it comes in light or non fat and for milk drink skim, try not to drink alot of soda - diet or not - or juices and water is always good!. and usually good food will taste good so remember that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat abaut 1200 calories a day because I also want to lose more weight!. I you should eat abaut 1400 or 1500 calorie a day because you a a male!. Boys need more calories than girls!.
