Eating every 3 hours?
has thta worked for any of u guys? if so let me know the plan u were following. im strating today, eating something light like an apple, or a yougurt every 3 hours until 6pm.

Pregnancy forced me, and after the baby it helped me lose the weight without even trying.
For me it was an even distrubution of calories. You never felt full or empty, which was nice. It let me concentrate on getting my fruits and veggies eaten instead of cramming it down.
I ate more than an apple or yogurt. Remember that you NEED to eat at least 1200 calories, more if you're exercising like crazy. You need to keep your body going. It's a lie that you need to eat less than you burn.
My day:
Morning: An apple, a bowl of breakfast, a glass of milk
Mid-morning: An orange, some yogurt
Lunch: A whole wheat sandwich, veggie
Mid-Afternoon: Fruit or veggie
Dinner: Protein of somesort, fruit AND veggie
I'm missing something in there, but you get the point.
