Ok im reaching end of puberty im 6.1 ft tall wear size 30 jeans comfortable fit men (AU) slender build and weight about 73 kilos i have always had a low metabolism so i dont pick up weight but my farthers heritage is giving me suble growth in the breasts (manboobs) and i want to stope them b4 they get a chance to get prominent i also want to tone my abs and durability at the same time i need a healthy diet plan for gaining muscle without doing damage or hurting myself in anyway and i want to shy away from drugs
