A mug(yeah I put my cereals in a mugs)of bran flakes(mixed with hi-fibre cereals)and a big banana
An "All bran"cereal bar(80cals)
A chicken breast,a potato wedge(1/4 of a medium potato),some vegetables,a small apple
A carrot and 2 crepes with mozzarella cheese,tomatoes,tuna and spinach with a side salad,a small apple
I walk throughout the day,then spend the afternoon watching tv,and go on the stairs every 2 hours!.!.!.!.I'm 13,turning 14Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope, sounds fine!. That's less than what I eat! Haha I wouldn't eat less than what you have listed a day, though, cuz you're growing so you'll take in what you eat and your body will put it towards growing so it should be very hard not to be in shape!. Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to eat more carbohydrate, 1/4 of a potato and whatever flour is in a crepe is definitely not enough for someone your age!. You need energy to grow and without it you will suffer serious health problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
