How can I cut down my cravings for food, with the munchies?!


Question: How can I cut down my cravings for food, with the munchies!?
I smoke pot!. [[[I don't want any stop smoking pot answers either!.!. Im quitting a little after school starts if i need to in order to get a certain job]]]
I just want to try and stop my pigging out!.!.
how can i stop thinking of my munchies so much!.
*What are good foods to eat for a growning 15 year old!?
*Are there any extra vitamins i could use since i do smoke pot!?!?!?!?
I am mainly trying to focus on NOT gaining weight
but loosing some would be good too!.

Eat things that are natural a!.k!.a things that have been processed as little as possible!. Also you want to eat things like wheat bread and pasta!. These things are good!. Try to avoid white bread and pasta cause that just means that they take all the vitamins and its not very nutritional!. Also look out for things marked organic!. People put a lot of pesticides and other things to enhance the food which is not good for people!. Replace cookies and sweets with fruits like apples!. They are just as sweet without all the fat and other stuff!. Drink lots of milk!. Also u should look for organic milk!. If you start having munchies!. Drink lots and lots of water!. That fills you up with out all the fat!. Replace regular chips with bake chips like the baked lays or just regular prezels another thing that you can eat that wont make you gain weight is cottage cheese!.

drink water (Vitamin water is really good when you have the munchies, btw) eat healthy b/c you'd probably be down to eat anything right then anyway!. Keep sliced strawberries in your fridge or something!. Cereal is good too, just try and stay away from the extra sugary stuff!. Try the flavored shredded wheat cereals or putting fruit in cherrios!. Second, no there isn't anything that will keep you from getting the munchies when your smoking pot!.!.!.!.!.!.it's just one of the side effects along with possible infertility, damaged brain cells and jail time for possession of an illegal substance!.!.!.!.!.basically, you're stopping yourself from growing when you smoke pot at your age!. Have healthy munchies nearby!. I don't know exactly what you might crave while smoking marijuana, but try things like popcorn, banana chips, grapes, rather than chips, nachos, KitKats, whatever!.

Also, keep a litre bottle of water nearby!. A full stomach of water will curb the cravings a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can brush your teeth a lot!. Everytime you feel like having a snack go brush your teeth!. The minty taste makes the food you eat taste gross, if it tastes gross you wont eat it, and as a result you wont eat as many snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take up a hobby or exercise!. you wont loose weight as you are on POT!. if u do take up a hobby then it would put your mind on that then focus on food!. the other way is to eat low calorie foods so you can have lots of!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
