Which is better to get to tone thighs, hips, and butt?!

Question: Which is better to get to tone thighs, hips, and butt!?
An exercise bike or a tredmill!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Treadmill will cover more of the basics, but something you didn't list that is even better than either of those is an Elliptical machine!. It's like a bike, only you stand so you use more muscle and energy to work it!. And the way the movement is designed and the way it supports your lower half, it is a lot kinder than a treadmill to your skeleton (doesn't give you the jerky motion that happens when you just run)!. They have ellipticals at the gym in the same area as the treadmills and bikes if you want to try one out, and they sell in stores for about the same amount- you can get a decent one around $500 at a sporting goods store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise bike, especially if you do long sessions!. Running also trims thighs hips and buns but it's harder on your knees!. Skating is better than both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

treadmil!. you can get one that has an incline-which gives you a better workout!.
pilates dvd's are also really good!. try the Crunch series!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

both are great actually!.!.!.!.because doing the bike really helps build muscle, but doing it too much can add too much size to your thighs!.!.!.!.!.the running helps slim your legs:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to just run on a treadmil then i started taking a spin class!. both together have gotten me better results then i could of imaginedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Both are great, but you need to add free squats and walking lunges to get that tone/tight look you want!.

Both!. Alter your routine and you'll see faster results!.
Pilates is great, too!.!.!.!. if you're not into weight-lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tredmill, because you are useung more leg strength to hold your body than you are when sitting downWww@Answer-Health@Com
