i was wondering if anyone has any excersise tips that will help me lose some weight and tone up in my thigh and hip area.
and also. what are healthy and tasteful snacks that i can eat that wont make me gain 20 more pounds.

hi, don't snack. find out what your daily calorie intake should be then spread that over 6 meals per day. this will prevent the need for snacking as it's normally caused by sugar lows.
