Exercise Machine??!
Question: Exercise Machine!?!?
I am very lazy when it comes to exercise especially in winter!. Im thinking of a walking machine or a bike machine!.!.!. Is it worth it!? Will i use it!?!? My only problem is the cold outside, so i think i would use it!?!? maybe!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best excercise machine on the market is a health club that has a lot of classes so that you are motivated and you get a well rounded work out!.

I would not waste my money on it!. You will use it for maybe the first week or so and then it will just sit there!. It's just not FUN! You need to start a program that is fun and at the same time good exercise!. Then you will probably stick to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will only use it if you are motivated!. I suggest pumping up the music REALLY loud and just getting lost in the workout!. I prefer bikes myself and find them easier to enjoy using for hours!.
