plz plz help I'm on a vacation and i want to loose weight but I'm normal but i guess i have gianed weight a little and i want to loose a lot of weight so plz plz plz helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose 6-8 pounds in 2 weeks!. If you eat healthy and exercise for a least an hour a day!. Eat cereal for breakfast (special k) a sandwich for lunch ( i suggest Turkey), for dinner anything you want but don't eat too late (Salad is the best)!. two snacks a day!. Drink a lot of water through out the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can safely lose 2 pounds a week!. So you could probably lose 5 pounds before your vacation and be able to keep it off!. Just healthy diet low in fat, sugar and glucose (white carbs) plus a little excerise!. Whatever kind of excerise you want, but enough so you get a good sweat and are tired after!.

However if you want to lose more, you can do as much as 15, but you'll gain it back the second you break your diet!. And this diet will be like eating veggies and cottage cheese only with like two hours of hard cardio!. Doable!.!. but unrealistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
