Im looking to do some muscle building exercises plus fitness in the gym, can someone give me a routine?

if you want to build muscle i suggest you split your workouts to two different days ie weighs in monday wed fri and do cardio on other days if you do weights and cardio on the same day you will wear your self out and wnt benefit from it in the long run, i also suggest you do your research on how to do and what to do because its all good going to the gym doing the weights and going for a run but you could be doing the wrong excersizes in the wrong order or not excersizing enough visit this website for the muscle side of things http://www.exrx.net/workouts/workout4ppt... and remember to build your self into it dont rush anything and patience plays an important role you wont get results over night. ps if you want to lose weight dont waste money signing up for programs because they will eat your money for as long as you are fat and determined they best and only way to really lose fat (and quickest) is to eat a bit healtheir but the key is jogging best to do it in the morning BEFORE eating any thing so your body uses all the stored fat! good luck.
