Ok I know that you are supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day to keep hydrated, but does it count if you have a splash of Sugar Free squash in it too!? I mean, you are still drinking the water after all!
What do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Water is water, whether you put squash in it or not!. The idea of drinking this amount of water is to keep hydrated!. It will still keep you hydrated even if it has squash in it or if you drink tea, coffee or even eating fruits and veg, soup etc!. If you are trying to detox, then plain water is the best thing, but for general health just have plenty of liquids!.
PS!. There has been some stuff about this in the news recently, stating that people are confused by this 8 glasses of water per day thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does not mean 8 glass literally!. You can get your water from fruits and vegetables too and that counts towards the *recommended* consumption!.

We get water from all kinds of foods during the day - even if you throw in a tea bag (herbal, caffeine free) it still counts!. You are still getting hydrated!.

To really measure if you are getting the right amount of water, you would need to squeeze all the water from every single thing that you eat!.!.!. sometimes I think people are drinking way too much water!. If you aren't thristy, don't drink - your body is telling you something!

I honestly couldn't imagine having a day where I am even able to drink 8 glasses of anything!. I can only handle 5 TOPS, and even then I feel like I will explode!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You DON'T have to drink 8 glasses of water a day!. It's a myth

You drink when you're thirsty!. Squash, tea, and even coffee and beer will hydrate you!.(yes they make you pee a bit more, but they still hydrate)

Drinking too much water is unhealthy!. Many scientific studies have shown this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 glasses of water a day is a myth that even your doctor believes!. It was even featured on yahoo once!. As long as you're getting plenty of liquids throughout the day, you're fine!. You also get a ton of hydration from the food you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add the squash if you think you will be able to stick to it more!. If you try to just have the water, you wont stick to it, but if you add the squash and enjoy it, you have more chance of success!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one might have told you this before but not drinking 8 glasses of water a day isn't illegal!. You're also allowed to drink other things!. I should know, I drink my own urine for something different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes diluted juice counts as water intake, along with tea and most drinks as they are all water based!.!.!.!.!.!. Fruits and vegetables contain a high water content so they also countWww@Answer-Health@Com
