Question: Looking for something healthy for lunch!!!?
Hi,
I am in the UK, and looking for something healthy to have for my lunch, pretty much for the next six weeks as I am trying to get in shape!. My ofice has the usual things around it - subway, tesco, sainsburys, small sandwich shops, coffe shops etc, but I don't know what to go for!. i am working out pretty much 5 times a week for an hour, and I just want the best food to slim down at a good rate!.
Extra Info - I am 23, 6'1, about 14 stone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

something wholesome that will leave you satisfied but not full of calories!. a sandwhich with grain bread and salad with a bit of fish is a really good lunch, or a salad with beans and maybe some tuna and a bit of cheese!. go for the freshest, most unpackaged and unprocessed thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Im in the Uk too, I live here!. ANd I would say go for a sandwich, but look at the calories and get one with lots of salad!. Then get some fruit too!. You can get them anywhere, Tesco or any sandwich shop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try a salad from subway, watch the dressing and not too much cheese or meat!.
