Question: Does walking/running for 50 mins burn as many calories as doing the elliptical for 50 min!?
ive been working out on the elliptical for 50 minutes for 2 months and its getting tedious, will walking/running for 50 minutes burn the same amount of calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess it depends on your intensity in each of the exercises!. It's easier to do the elliptical for a while, but running can be very intense!.
Plus, your body can adapt and become efficient at one exercise over time, so I think it's more effective if you switch off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no not even close!.!.!. the eliptical burns i think almost twice as many!.!.!.!. the eliptical works more of your body than runningWww@Answer-Health@Com
