Stomach Fat!!?

I am naturally a slender person everywhere else but for some reason all the fat goes right to my stomach! I am a pretty healthy eater and although I should exercise more often, I am still pretty active. What can I do to lose those extra pounds off my stomach?

I wish there was a fast easy way but the honest answer is it will take time and effort! Although you eat healthy you should take a little bit of time and evaluate your current diet. Cut out over-processed foods that can often lead to bloating. A balanced diet is key... fresh fruits and veggies, complex carbohydrates, and lean protein. Once the diet is in check it is time to lace up the running shoes and hit the gym. Cardio is of utmost importance. You could do 500 sit ups a day and that would be great but that alone is not going to get rid of belly fat. I would also suggest adding weight training to your work outs, lift weights that engage all the major muscle groups. Lean muscle burns fat!
