Question: Omg!.!.Help me, I'm Fat!!!!!!!!!!!?
IVE GAINED 14 POUNDS IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS!.
I USED TO LOVE MY BODY!!!! I WAS DOWN TO 135 LAST SUMMER (I'M 5"7, 15 YRS!.)!.!. I LOOKED SOO GOOD!! BUT SINCE THEN, IVE GAINED MORE THAN 20 POUNDS!.
help me im so sad!.!.!.!.!. I just weighed myself and freaked out and thought that maybe someone had some answers for me!.
YOU DONT NEED TO READ THE FOLLOWING BUT YOU CAN IF YOU WANT TO:
I eat a lot at night
I eat soooo much chocolate
I'm not really that active anymore
I'm stressed

Here is what you do:

Don't eat at night!. Eating at night is bad, because you end up "sleeping on it" instead of burning off those calories!.
Don't eat chocolate!. OR if you must eat chocolate, cut down on the amount you eat!. Have a couple of squares per day!.
Get active!. Take a walk everyday!.

stop eating at night veryyyy bad!.
cut down on candy, soda , anything sugary
start doing cardio, that helps yo loose wieght quick, go 6-7 times a week, 400-500 cals each time, eat healthy!!, dont put fatning dressing on salads if you eat one, go with a vinegrette or oil dressing!. working out is half the battle, eating healthy and drinking alot of water helps alot!, if you were to do this until school started you could loose 2 pounds ! thats what im doing:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem last summer when I got a fast food job!. I gained 20 pounds and lost it quick by going on the Special K diet and doing Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip dvd!. I did change my eating habits instead of going for ice cream or chocolate I went for an apple or a banana!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I'm 15 too!.!.!. and 5'9" (not much of a height diffrence) and I weigh about 165 lb!.!.!. I think I look good! come on! pudge is nothing to be ashamed of! It'll probably come right off anyway (when I gain some weight, it usually means I'm about to grow taller) don't worry about it! :D

Dont eat late at night!.!.!. Try to go to bed atleast 3 hours after you eat!.!. You also need sleep, if you dont sleep you will gain more weight!.!. Stress also makes you gain weight!.!. So dont worry too much cuz you will lose it :] And make sure you drink water to lose water weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well there was this pill i forget what it's called but it has the commercial that goes!. The amazing thing was taht ppl didn't have to change their daily lives!. Or if you dont like medication go on atkins I dont really care for this subject i'm sure you're just over worrying but still best betWww@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes if you go to sleep late and sleep in late then you will wake up late enough to skip breakfast!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just excersize a lot and when you go to grab the chocolate just think about what you're putting in your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I gained the freshman 20! it was no fun!. BUt I started eating right and exercising and I feel so much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating at night doesn't really matter unless you are eating too much!. Take it easy on the chocolate and get out and play once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get the stress off u and the fat, just go to the gym!

Go cardio!.!.!. 45-60 minutes all weekdays and take the weekend off!
