Like everyone else said, make sure your diet can support your exercise routine!. Make sure you're getting a lot of protein!.

If you have money to burn the absolute best thing to do would be to sign up for a gym and getting a personal trainer!. He'll tell you the best way to achieve your goals!.

If you don't, that's easily accommodated!. Right now the best investment you can get is some dumbbells!. There are literally dozens of exercises that can target each and every muscle found in your arm!. Furthermore they can make other exercises (such as sit ups) even more effective!. http://www!.exrx!.net/Lists/Directory!.html This site has excercies that will help to work almost every muscle in your body!.

All I can say is good luck and be patient!. Rome was built in a day, and you won't be jacked in six weeks!. Just keep the image of what you want to look like in your mind and work towards it!. I hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll need to eat a lot of protein in your diet, this comes from things like tuna fish and red meats!. Cans of tuna are probably the cheapest option, so don't go wasting loads of cash on supplements!. OIne supplement worth buying though is generic creatine, you can get it for around $5 per 100grams, you only need 5g a day so it's not too expensive!. It will draw more water into your muscles so they increase in size!. The you excersice to build up your definition!. It takes a few weeks to notice any real difference!.
Also, eat loads of carbs, these come from foods like potatoes, rice and pasta!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously, the best thing you can do is eat a healthy diet and take on chores around the house!. Sounds boring & mundane doesn't it (Did you never watch the Karate Kid!?!)
Regular use of your muscles will build and tone them - such things as vacuuming, digging, painting - all build better muscles than expensive kit as the muscles are more rounded and fully utilised!.
You try digging the garden for a few hours or vacuuming the house every day - you will feel the truth of what I am saying!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat wholesome foods!. instead of whitebread toast in the morning!. change to brown bread!. no chocolate or **** like that!. basically anything that comes in a packet is a no-no!. to keep your metabolism fast, eat small portions of food every 2-3 hours!.
I recommend crunches as sit ups will give you a bad back!. a good excersise is to hold a weight in each hand and make your arm straight!. then bend your arm making the weights touch around your shoulder area!. Then Straighten your arm again!. do about 10 reps every 2 minutes!. so the faster you do it, the longer the rest!. but don't rush things take your time!. do this for half an hour each day!. do this with weights that you feel comfortable with!. this will give you the six pack you want!.

give it a fortnight to see improvements, all the best,Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need weights!.

Pushups, crunches!.!.!. You can work a lot of your muscles without any equipment!.

As for eating, just remember to eat small amounts of food often!. Maybe 4 small meals every day!.

To build muscle, you may want extra protein, so use meat and beans!. And some baby spinach leaves in salad for nutrients!. Really, it's not bad tasting, and it's a lot better for you than most other kinds of salads you can get!. Contrary to popular belief!.

Anyway, I'd kill to be in your condition right now!.
You should stay thin!. Thin people look better IMO than big people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok simple short answer!. eat alot of chicken (preferably boiled) that removes all of the fat but leaves all the protein!. eat alot of tuna also bascly anything that has protein!. veggies few fruits!. avoid sugars (thats y few fruits)

as far as a work out plan buy a muscle building magazine they usualy have a rutine!. that will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a sports store and ask them what the best products are for muscle training!. Then, do some research on line besides asking a question on Yahoo!. Talk to a trainer at a gym and find out if they can give you a good idea of what to do w/out having to pay them!. Have a safe and healthy future work outs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your arms buy regular hand weights and do curls and reverse curls!. For bigger arms lift as much weight as you can without straining yourself!. For you have a 6 pack do crunches and sit-ups!. For added intensity an faster results do them with a weight on your chest!. It works for my brothers!. Good luck and don't bite off more than you can chew!.=DWww@Answer-Health@Com
