Question: What do i do if i eat one meal a day and fruits as snacks!? is this good or bad!?
Its been a about 4 to 5 days of me just eating one meal a day!. I want to lose weight but im really lazy because i do not like to exercise!. I eat a lot on that one meal!. Like what if i eat one meal a day and like some fruits!? is that good enough because i do not want to eat the other two meals because i end up eating more!. is this good or bad!? because i dont think it is like starving yourself because i eat fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

STOP EAT!! that is the opposite way to loose wait becasue it lowers your matabolism and so more of the food turns into fat!. First stop eating carbs and drink a lot of water!. then after you eat a regular 3 meals for about a week then try like 6 a day!. The 6 will increase your metabolism and so less of the meal will turn into fat!. If you do these things and maybe a small amount of cardio than you can loose a lot of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom went on this diet that was called the fruit blast I think and she would eat fruit all day ( I think a serving every 2 hours) and then at night she would have a healthy meal like a salad with grilled chicken on top!.
Fruit is very healthy for you and cleans you out which will help lose weight

Skipping meal is definitely not recommended, worst come to worst, you may become fatter when you change back to normal meal!.

I've actually done what you're doing and I did lose weight!. As long as your one meal is fairly big and you eat several servings of fruit a day I think you'll be fine!. You should take a multivitamin though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
