Master Cleanse Questions?!

Question:

Master Cleanse Questions?

Hello,
I'm going to try the Master Cleanse...however, I haven't been able to get my hands on the book (I am teaching in a rural area of Asia and don't have a credit card to order it)...Over the last few weeks, I've gathered as much info as possible by reading websites and online diaries of people who have done the cleanse. However, I just have a few questions for anyone who has done this cleanse...
1. I managed to find some laxative tea, but I also have organic green tea. Is it alright to drink both teas?
2. Is it ok to go to a sauna? I'll be sweating out the toxins faster, I hope....but is it safe?
3. I usually work out 3 times a week...should I forgo the gym this month en lieu of some walking in the mornings? Or is it ok to work out on this cleanse?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer my questions.

Answers:

Hi. I'm on a cleanse now, not to lose weight, but for a specific health reason. It seems you, like me, have worked out your own plan instead of going with a pre-packaged cleanse program. If this is your first time, I'd suggest taking it easy on your first go round. Drink both teas. But don't go to the sauna or work out until you know how your regimen will affect you. You could get dizzy or lightheaded from the cleanse, and being in a sauna or gym in that condition is not healthy. You also didn't say whether you'd be eating anything, or if this was a total liquid cleanse. If what you're doing is adding the teas while eating healthier than before, than the sauna and gym are probably okay, but guage how you feel while there. Don't push aside any weak or dizzy feelings - they could mean trouble, as in passing out. I've seen 3 day programs on the internet that are repeated every few months, and they seem much healthier over the long term.
One of these (excuse the awful name) is Colon Blow. It doesn't seem as extreme as some others. Good luck!
