Question: Will This Make Me Lose Weight 2!?
Ok im 17, male!. And im the one that drinks only water, cut down on my food portion, and does 100 push ups, sit ups, crunches, and jumping jacks, and walks 2 miles a day!. Ive been doing this for about 3 days now!. But is the food that i cut down on even healthy food to begin with!? My mom makes like spaghetti, chili, pork chops, steak, etc!. The only meal i really eat is dinner!. And i only eat a little bit i dont do the whole breakfast thing!. I dont feel like waking up just to eat!. Im more nocturnal i go to sleep around 7a!.m!. and wake up at 3 or 4 p!.m!. Im not a scaley person either i haven't been on a scale in 4-eva!. But i think im losing weight! so how long will it take for me to see a change in my body!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think u need to eat in the mornin' noon and night cuz when u r sleep that food is getting burned, but not as much as it would during the day, even if u dont feel like eatin' snack on something!. and dont eat too much greasy food, dats bad 4 ur colesterol!. u might see some good changes in like a week or 2, but they wont be as good, as the results if u get ur protein, and stuff u can get more muscle and lose more fat! o yeah and try to weigh urself at least at the end of each month, trust me i HATE the scale, and im tryn 2 lose a few too, but its always good to keep track, cuz u could be losing more than u think!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For someone of your age it is very unhealthy to do the whole meal thing!. For a male of your age you should be eating 2-3 meals a day with no snacks along with your workouts (be careful not to strain yourself too much) and you will still loose weight but slowly!. It is very unhealthy to loose weight too quickly and i'm sure you know the speech that goes along with that so i'm not going to repeat it!. Now the best thing to eat if you are trying to cut down is proteins and less carbs because it takes longer to digest proteins then carbs so it will take longer to fill you up!. Make sure you are getting alot of water a day and you still do eat alot of vegtables (especially dark green for vitemen D)!. Good luck in your health regime and have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually a month or so ive been workin out and lost 10lbs so far but i cant really see it yet well i can see it in my face and that's about it but randomly i tried puttin on jeans that i had that where 1 size smaller than what i wear and they fit!. also the whole food thing i would start eatin more im on the same schedule you are because of work though and when i was in high school i ate like you did and when i started eatin more regular meals i gained weight fast and it sucked so even if you eat 6 small meals a day or 2 meals and 3 snacks is goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
