Question: How much weight could i lose if!.!.!.!?
hi there,
i weigh 257 and have a BMI of 33% im am 15 and mesure 5!.11 1/2, i do 20 minutes cardio in the morning and at evening, i also do a workout every afternoon of about 1h with 10 minute cardio before and after, i would like to know if losing 15 pounds is reasonable in a month with that exercise and a meal plan of 1500 calories a day

ps: dont worry i alternate workout everyday: lower body, core and upper body
