Question: How much Weight can I Lose in 4-5 Weeks!?
i am 13, almost 14, and i weight 160 lbs!. My BMI says i am not obese, but i am overweight!. I have made many different changes this summer, such as i have started building up my ability to run!. I have been exercising a lot more regularly and eating very healthy!. i even bought a giant weight watchers cookbook and made a couple recipes!. They are extremely delicious and healthy!. But i have not lost any weight :[ i am not under any stress and i try to eat average sixe proportions!. Please tell me how i can start losing weight healthily and how much i can expect to lose in time for schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Remember to always use a childrens BMI!! I used one (I estimated you as 5'3'', you didn't include your height!) which does confirm that you are really rather overweight)!. Its great that you're trying to improve your lifestyle! Try drinking a lot of water as well, whenever you feel the need for a small snack!. Also, try swimming! Its great exercise, and it works out a lot of your body parts, and its fun!
If you really keep at it, I'd say you could lose around 10-20 pounds, depending how hard you work at it, but try to go no more than 25 pounds off, because its not neccessarily healthy for your body to lose so much weight while its still growing, especially in such a short space of time!.

You shouldnt lose more than ten pounds a month so your body can adjust to the change!. Start slow; and probably youre gaining muscle for the moment so you may not lose anything yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
