Can I lose weight with this method and is it healthy?!


Question: Can I lose weight with this method and is it healthy!?
I am 4'11 and weigh 160 lbs!. I know it's a lot!. I have recently gone on a diet and doing exercise!. My diet consist of about 800-1000 calories but it's just healthy eating!. For example, a fruit and a bowl of oatmeal in the morning (about 200-300 calories), for lunch a can of tuna and crackers (about 200-300 calories), a rice cracker (40 calories) or yogurt (100 calories) for a snack and then a cup of salad with a fish or baked chicken with no dressing (about 200-300 calories) for dinner then no eating after 7pm!. I am doing 30-60 minutes of cardio for 5 days a week!. I don't feel weak and I am not starving myself, just eating healthy and working out but my friends say it's unhealthy!. I have looked it up and it states that I should at least intake 1200 calories a day and up to 1200-1600 calories if I work out that day, but I'm fine with the amount that I am intaking now!. I want to lose the weight in a healthy way and not gain it back!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kick up the caloric intake to 1200 each day!. I know, it seems counterintuitive, but there's a reason!.

When you eat less than that, day after day, your body goes into starvation mode!. It deliberately conserves calories, slowing your weight loss, and may even slow brain function, making you lethargic, sleep more, and such!.

So it's okay to have the occasional low-cal day, but most days make sure you hit the magic 1200!. You'll still lose pretty rapidly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel well and you're comfortable with it, you don't feel denied in any way i say go for it!.

Its a good thing to include cardio 5 times per week, you'll be seeing results in no time!.

Consumption of less than 1500 calories is going to get your body in starvation mode, and your body will be nutrient deprived!. If you feel you need a larger energy deficit then it needs to come from energy expenditure through exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay well you should do 1hour of exsersz EVERYDAY,

Keep ur calories to 2000cal and eat small meals but eat them every 2hours!.

DRINK LOADS OF WATER-strawberry or lemon

Cut out salt+sugar

You will loose 5lb a day if you just cut out sugar and salt+do more exserzWww@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest you get atleast 1200 calories a day!. 1 hour cardio for 5 days!? why not make it 6 days a week!. add an activity that you enjoy doing like swimming or biking, or dancing, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that sounds like a very good plan!.
