Question: How do I loose 20 pounds while having a knee injury!?
I asked the wrong question before!. but I'm a young teen, so what would be the correct way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your knee injury is preventing you from running or biking, then swimming would be the way to go to lose weight!. You also need to change your diet!. Avoid fatty foods, foods with processed sugars, and fried foods!. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink at least three glasses of milk a day, and don't overload on the protein!. I assume young teen ranges from 13-15, so consume around 1700 calories a day, plus or minus 100!. You will also need to start exercising on a regular (daily) basis!. Swim if you have access to a pool or other acceptable body of water!. Begin to do simple exercises that won't put too much stress on your joints, especially your healing knee!. Examples of good exercises are pushups, pullups, hanging leg raises, calf raises, and back hyperextensions!. When your knee is healed, you can begin to run and bike for aerobic exercise!.
