I don't understand why I haven't lost anything!?

Ok. So it's possible the scale I got a week ago is messed up. But wtf? I'm a guy and decided to lose weight. So I took drastic measures. I cut down to only 900 calories and 6 bottle of water a day. I've also been walking on a treadmill and burning 600-700 calories a day (yesterday I actually burned 1000), yet the scale remains the same and, in fact, sometimes tells me that I GAINED weight. Someone tell me what the hell is happening here?!

You're limiting your calories too much!!!!! You body is going into starvation mode and burning your muscles as fuel, you're probably retaining water too. You need to eat a heathy amount of calories at least 1200, and try lifting weights a couple times a week to boost your metabolism. The muscles in your body help burn fat. Muscles may weigh more, but your pants will be looser and you'll feel like a beautiful, lean Adonis.
